Stop TB Partnership seeks nominations for 2011 Kochon Prize

Kochon Foundation, a non-profit foundation registered in the Republic of Korea
is seeking nominations for The Stop TB Partnership-Kochon Prize aimed at
supporting the global fight against tuberculosis. The Stop TB Partnership-Kochon
Prize is awarded once a year to persons, institutions, or organizations that

The Prize was established in 2006 in honour of late Chong-Kun Lee, founder of
the Kochon Foundation and Chairman of Chong Kun Dang Pharmaceutical Corp.

Amsterdam Ministerial Conference in 2000. Its aim is to realize the goal of
eliminating TB as a public health problem and, ultimately, to obtain a world
free of TB. It comprises a network of international organizations, countries,
donors from the public and private sectors, governmental and nongovernmental
organizations that have expressed an interest in working together to achieve
this goal
